My Experience with
Lemonade Fast
Master Cleanser

The Master Cleanser diet/fast
otherwise known as the lemonade diet (lemonade fast) has been around close to 50 years. It's the
easiest way to give a rest to your digestive organs, and, together with salt
water flush, to achieve effective cleansing of your bowel, your kidneys, your
liver and your whole body.
You
can feel good and get rid of what ails you. This diet has been used for almost
every health problem with great success...

My Experience with
Lemonade Fast
by Espen H.
During the lemonade fast, I drink lemonade
sweetened with organic maple syrup grade B or C, and I usually spice it with
some hot
cayenne pepper - dry powdered, or with freshly pressed juice from hot
cayenne pepper.
I try to get Organic lemons, but when organic
is not available, usual lemons, (possibly pesticides loaded, I know ...) works
fine for me. I use only natural mountain spring water, and that is exactly what
I would suggest you to use. I am personally against distillated water, but
If you can't get natural mountain spring water (usually sold in large reusable
gallons), filtrated water (carbon filter + reverse osmoses), then structured
with "Grander Products" would be my first choice.
I don't fast entirely on lemonade, at least not
every day of this fast. I also make Vegetable broth. I use different
vegetable every day: carrots, onions, celery, parsley, pumpkins, beets, mangold,
spinach, stinging nettle, burdock root, dandelion root and leaves ... this list
is as long as you want it to be. These are just some of the
vegetable/herbs that I use for this broth. I use unrefined sea salt, enough to
make vegetable taste sweet, and sometimes I use Organic Tamari (naturally
fermented soy sauce) or sometimes Miso (naturally fermented soy paste).
I usually take 2 - 3 bowls/cups of this broth daily.
If I decide to fast for 7 days or longer, I
always end this fast with liver flush.
Liver flush helps insure that all the toxins possibly stored inside liver (biliary
stones) and inside my gallbladder (gallstones), get flushed at the end of the fast. It
also makes easier to include other foods after the fast.
I often take "Probiotics enema", enema containing active yogurt
culture or enema with the powder taken from the "Probiotics" pills.
I also combine lemonade fast with juice
fasting. I consider juice fasting
stronger therapy, but it is also more complicated, and takes more work.
As with every fast, you should make sure that
your have daily elimination, and that is usually achieved with salt water flush,
or with an enema, or with high level of physical activity, trampoline bouncing,
or with some herbal tea. Different people use different approach, but I often
use different method - different day.
SALT WATER FLUSH:
Start each morning with 1 quart of water and 2 tsp.
natural unrefined sea salt (NOT iodized or refined salt). Mix well and chug down. It's nice to massage the colon as well. This will
clean your colon well. Or get an enema every day. Coffee enema also works
wonders!
Or drink a laxative herbal
tea the night before, such as Senna (if you know you can't do the salt water the
next morning). Don't take any supplements until the salt water is out of your
stomach -- about 1 1/2 hours.
As I said, I usually end fast with liver
flush, but after the flush, at least for a day, I eat light foods,
and I drink a lot of freshly pressed vegetable
juices.
One more thing ... I also combine lemonade
fasting with Dr. Johanna Budwig
diet - flaxseed oil + cottage cheese! try it, it is delicious!
Now, Before I end, you have to know that
some people, those who suffer extreme candidiasis - the yeast syndrome,
can't go on lemonade fast, or they will get worse. It is because they are
extremely intolerant of any concentrated sweetener, and maple syrup is just
that! They should choose juice
fasting, and especially Wheatgrass juices and other fresh green
juices.
They should also use grapefruit seed extract, and they should use Clarkia,
because they may have parasites.
I often use grapefruit seed extract,
and Clarkia while lemonade fasting, because
the most effective parasites cleanse is when combined with the bowel
cleanse ... and the most effective bowel cleanse is when it is combined
with parasites cleanse!

Master Cleanser does what
it says
January 13, 2001
Reviewer: A reader from Pasadena, CA

I started the Master Cleanser program on the night of January 1, 2001 with the
intent of going forty days, but taking it one day at a time. I concluded the
cleansing on the morning of January 12, 2001, doing the minimum of ten days as
suggested because I lost so much weight. The good thing is that even though I
wanted to lose weight, I feel much better, healthier. My head is clear and I am
able to focus much better with the toxins out of my system. One of the best
parts for me has been that I did not crave foods while on the program and the
few times that I did get hungry, the lemonade mixture did exactly what the book
said it would. I found it interesting that after a few days I looked forward to
drinking my lemonade mixture throughout the day and it was actually rather
tasty. The only real discomfort during the program for me was when it was time
for eliminations and I am sure that had to do with the laxative teas I chose to
utilize. I will definitely have to find a better tea before I do the program
again. I tried the sea salt water and even though it worked, I didn't like the
discomfort while waiting, but if that is what it takes to clean the colon, then
so be it. I was ready to stop on day eight because of the weight loss but I
wanted to do the minimum as suggested. My face has cleared up and my skin really
looks healthy. I feel very good and have been drinking the citrus juice as
suggested. I made a pot of soup for the afternoon and I actually desire to eat
right. The Master Cleanser program was a bigger start than I ever anticipated in
getting my health in order. Thank you for the book. Oh by the way, while on the
program I lost 14 pounds for the amount of time that I did the program. I did
not expect such a drastic weight loss but that has inspired me to ensure that I
eat right now more than ever. So all in all, it really worked out for the good.
Now I will do my part to keep it off by maintaining good eating habits. Again,
thank you for a simple yet very effective program. Discipline, focus, and
determination are the keys. God helped me greatly in those areas. Much success
to each of you who chooses to make the Master Cleanser program a part of your
life.

Maple Syrup Grading: Grade A, Grade B,
and Grade C
USDA Grade A maple syrup is the most popular grade for everyday use as a
topping on pancakes, deserts, and other foods. It is usually made throughout
most of the short syrup production season. Grade B syrup is generally made
towards the end of the season, as the weather warms towards spring and the
trees end their winter dormancy. USDA Grade B syrup is much darker and has a
stronger flavor, which makes it more suitable for flavoring and cooking
purposes. It is thought that this late season syrup contains more minerals.
Grade C syrup is no longer an official USDA syrup grade. For those of you
looking for Grade C maple syrup, it is now called Grade B. In other words,
Grade B & C are the same.
