I am new to mercury chelation and poisoning but when people say ALA, as in Alpha Lipoic Acid, does that mean flax oil? I just heard flax/fish oil is good for you so I have been taking a tablespoon/day and it has 6g of ALA in each tbsp. I also take EPA and DHA and now that mercury poisoning might be a possiblity... should i stop taking flax oil? Or ALA something else?
