I've noticed that I feel better and get some sort of rush when I take 50 drops of 2 percent Lugol's at a time, rather than 25 more times during the day.

I'm up to 375mg of Lugol's by itself (I take the other supps away from it).

I take 800mcg of Selenium. Would anyone recommend going higher with the Selenium at such a high Iodine dose?

In my mind I worry that I might take too much Iodine, but I have yet to feel anything but better with this high dose.

Any input?
