Re: Reflushing tonight

Well, it is 9 pm here now and here is what I got so far.

I must say this flush was not the easiest one. Drinking mixtures was O'K, I felt asleep easy. 3am I woke up and felt quite nauseous, I had to walk a little around my place in massage shoes. I felt better after walking and went back to bed.

6 am drank epsoms fine. 8 o'clock woke up to drink another epsoms drink and felt pain in my liver, but it was closer to my right kidney. But I know it was not kidney.

My husband massaged that area and I felt better. After that I drank my 8 am epsoms and immediately had to run to toilet and throw it up. This was terrible, I threw up a lot of water mixed with bile. Bile was fresh (amber)colour and exteremely bitter.

I felt much better after that and the pain in my back disappeared.
I did enema and got out about 30 average size (pea size)dark green stones, nothing special. But it actually means that they were not flushed out during my previous flush.

I had one more bowel movement about an hour ago and there were about 20 more pea size stones. I still feel some bigger stone, that caused that pain in the morning is still in my intestines, so I will continue watching my bowel movements and keep you inform.

I did not feel immediate relief this morning, but it slowly came during the day. It was important to get a good long sleep. Pain and discomfort I had before the flush have completely disappeared.

So I must say that back to back flushing is effective, there is no need to wait another two weeks to do another one if you feel pain.
