Caution: The information that follows is from an ongoing real-life essay of how one person has committed themselves to the principal of standing up against the increasing rule-by-fiat and collective use & threat of facism/tyranny/socialism being carried out in the 50 States of the Union AKA the United States of America. Whether this will or will not be the case will be a personal matter to be decided by and born out by each person who may decide to read, or not read, this information. The prospect for anyone to live and conduct their life in a manner that is consistent with the principals this nation was founded on has increasingly become so difficult a course to follow as to effectively, today, in the year 2006, be near to impossible. The likliest and easiest alternative going, the one being subliminally hyped through many channels of the monopoly media, the one alternative that is increasingly and presently being played out by the millions of masses, is of course itself following the a similar course and progression that follows from the growing collosal force, influence and fake authority of state-sponsired tyranny; rolling over, selling out, playing dead and subsequently getting on with one's life while being resigned to the reality of being the good-little, cowed, subservient 14-Amendment citizen that their government insists they be. After all, conducting one's life otherwise has become a task too difficult and too confusing for the average person to understand, realize and take on. The Personal Odyssey of one Brad Barnhill is (and increasingly so) a real-life essay on how anyone genuinely interested in exhibiting their backbone can begin to get some clues and ideas of how to go about the monumentally difficult and painful task of being an American conducting their life with some backbone, at least enough backbone to pursue the aforementioned founding principals. If you do not know anything at all about who Brad Barnhill is and what he's done during the past 10 years, you are pretty far behind the curve, but not so far that it's too late to try getting a little closer to the front of this curve. This again is for the individual to decide for themselves. You may not be able to get much appreciation out of the excerpts of Brad's Odyssey being posted here short of attempting the long process of becoming informed in the matter. The excerpts being posted here are more specifically about Stumpy Patriot - AKA Mrs Brad Barnhill, for whom Brad is applying himself as her chief assistant, friend and confidante for the matter at hand - Stumpy Patriot V Michigan (34th District). This matter at hand has become a Civil Matter pursued by the state (State of Michigan) that itself involves an incident that unfolded at the Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport in February 2005. The collective Personal Odyssey began for Brad as a collective matter relating - as he sees it, to incroaching socialism, tyranny and heavy-handed establishment and rule therein as played out by familiar public agents of the establishment such as FIDC-insured banks, the SS Administration, and various agents within the collective cabal of the U.S. Treasury Department, IRS and Department of Justice. He began to chronicle this odyssey on-line, in 1996, here: http://www.mindspring.com/%7Ebradbva/freedom/index.html I first found the above link to My Personal Odyssey in November 2005. Since this story aligns fairly well with my own particular journy and path along this journey in recent years, I quickly became drawn into the saga, spending a good portion of the following 4 months, nights and days, reading and getting up to present speed with how this odyssey has turned, twisted and unfolded in the past 10 years. After the first few years of documenting the inherently unwieldy nature of how this odyssey has unwound and contines to unwind, Brad started a second web resource - a Yahoo Group, to continue recording his experiences on-line. This news group has since grown to a series of (as of today) 563 forum posts which all in one way or another relate to the still-unfolding odyssey, which can be found here: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/PersonalOdyssey/ NOTE: anyone familiar with how Yahoo Groups works knows that one must log in in order to be able to retreive the most amount of information available. Brad has set up a public Username and Password to make this easy for anyone so interested. The very first page at the above Yahoo Groups page includes an explanation from Brad of what they guest Username and Password are on how to use them to read the information available from this newsgroup. The story to which this post's Subject Line - Anatomy of a Backbone, is addressed relates to Stumpy Patriot and one particular personal odyssey of hers that begain with Message # 500 (February 2005) at the above Yahoo newsgroup. This subject line and my commentary of it are my creation. Keep in mind that each and every one of these 560 some newsgroup messages all ultimately relate to the same collective Personal Odyssey that began in 1996. One may not be able to easily see this until one they have done some of the due-diligence of getting informed on the numerous issues required for getting up to speed, starting with the background and leading up to the present status of this situation. Rest assured the collective Odyssey is itself made up of many individual and distinct odysseys that have occured and ensued as part of the collective. Such is the nature of doing battle with the Beast; such is the nature of one attempting to acquire and exhibit a backbone amidst the backdrop of the present state-sponsored tyranny, facism and naziism that is presently controlling the estblishment in America and to a larger extent, the world. The most recent update (Message # 563) to this newsgroup was posted in September 2006. Now to the matter at hand to which this post's Subject Line refers. Newsgroup Message # 500 "Stumpy arrested again - this time by the Air Nazis". A fundamental tool necessary to help one in better understanding the increasingly fictional rule of law that we live under these days is knowing some tricks for how to recognize the factual from the fiction. The dividing line between the two is, out of necessity for the fiction and those animating it through their endeavors to give it a reasonable facisimile of something real and living, blurred. A general example is the situation whereby a situation seemingly ordinary occurs but then has reason to progress into a court of law whereby the occurance is put under the microscope of what presently goes for law and is analyzed therein. A specfic example: something fairly straightforward happens - facts occured, to the extent that the facts generally occured and played out during the intercourse between several people, in public and there were witnesses. For reasons that cannot yet be sufficiently and fairly explained, it becomes a question of, exactly, how did the facts play out?; and subsequently legal channels are pursued and prosecuted to see if the fictions of Rule-of-Law can arbitrate, dissect, argue and determine, from a legal standpoint, what really happened? Stumpy was in Michigan for hearings on her motions in federal court in her FDCPA suit. She and her mom were coming back this evening and had to cross thru the security checkpoint at the entry to the "sterile area" (I kid you not, this is what the regulations call it).
Stumpy's mom has an artificial knee that always sets off the detectors. So they will always "pat" her down whenever she flies. Stumpy's mom is becoming a bit of a patriot in her own right. My bad influence, I guess. Anyway, because female Air Nazis are always brought in to hand check female passengers, she always asks the Nazi if she is a lesbian or if she is bi-sexual. She does not want to be touched by a sexual deviant. I don't blame her.
The Nazi took offense and brought over her supervisor. Then another,
then the police were called.
Stumpy was about 15 feet away observing all of this. The police hassled Stumpy for her name and birth date. They should know better.
"Are you conducting a criminal investigation?" If the answer is yes: "I need counsel before I can answer any questions." The Nazis questioned and released Stumpy's mom. Stumpy is at this moment still in custody. They brought in the FBI to question her. I would love to be the fly on the wall in that room.
I will ask her to make a report when she gets out of the pokey.

B End of Excerpt To the best of my knowledge, the foregoing are the facts as they occured. Since then, the State of Michigan - 34th District, has pursued legal charges against Stumpy Patriot apparently incurred while standing by and observing her mother's patdown by airport feminazisa. A pretty concise summary of what appears to be the charges alleged by the State of Michigan can be found in message # 561 from September 2005. Again, without having done the due diligence, it may not make much sense to some people to read this summary. I leave that up to the individual to pursue, or not. However, upon reading and understanding some of the statements, legal terms and babble put forth by both the Court and the State of Michigan (specifically the counsel and agents therein), it becomes pretty clear of how Stumpy and Brad have done a pretty good job of unravelling a definite fiction involved and in play here; so good, and so (potentially) educational that it constitutes my main motive for making this post in the first place. For those interested, go to message 561 and read some of the transcripts of the courtroom back-and-forth involving the court/judge, the Plaintiff (Michigan and it's particular hired agents/cousnel/prosecutor/lawyer) in this case, and the defendant (Stumpy). A fundamental of law in play here is what's known as Bill of Particulars, which is a very legal very formal method and convention by which a Plantiff (the accuser) makes clearly known to the Court what the legal basis of the charges are. Even without doing your own due-diligence in this, I can imagine the average person can appreciate that before one can even concieve of the idea of defending themselves in a court of law these days, one must first know what the formal & official charges are that are being brought against them. If there is no Bill of Particulars, it seems logical there is no legitimate legal basis upon which a court case can occur......try not to let this confuse you too much given that these excerpts are examples of Prima Facie evidence of a court case in fact occuring due to these alleged charges.... just sort of the confusing territory that comes when doing battle with the Beast inside the Beast's court with the Beast's judges and prosecutors presiding and the Beast's media reporting.... or more specifically in this case, not reporting the proceedings to the public. As it turns out in this case, the Air Nazis at the airport probably never imagined somebody, certainly not the likes of an elderly women and her daugther, would stand up to their public inquisition conducted at an airport. By and large the personnel used to man/equip our growing Nazi regime in all of it's resplendant Homeland Security departments, divisions, alphabet monikers, etc, come from people who once were ordinary people. It is definitely a matter of question to ask and wonder - at what point did these formerly normal everyday people cross over and stop being normal everyday people?; before or after they took the oath of office and then proceeded to don the spiffy nazi apparel and badges of fake authority? These kinds of people, it is alleged, came from good neighborhoods of ordinary good people many of us are familiar with, but these converted HSA personnel are hardly recognizable anymore as still being regualar people, except for the fact that in many cases they as dumbed down (often moreso) and thoroughly ignorant of the so-called laws which they purport to enforce as are the rest of us regular people.
So it does make some sense all these months later that the State of Michigan and it's counsel has yet to meet the legal requirements of providing Bill of Particulars that formally detail the crimes committed by Stumpy Patriot. The theory of law in play here is that without a formal Bill of Particulars, there is no case, and this applies even to our present system and fictions fondly known as Color of Law. This is one of the harshest lessons to learn for anyone hoping to find their backbone - even when the Beast cannot conform to the very laws and rules which it itself created, if it is so motivated, the Beast may just steam roll on and over you, furthering the fiction and myth that it is acting within the bounds of law and decency. The fact that this case is a Case minus said Bill of Particulars is pretty good example of the fictions of the Beast playing out before our very eyes. The aforementioned transcript also provides pretty good examples of how the Court is tripped up trying to prosecute such colorful law, so I advise reading #561 for this exemplary learning (and laughing... in a sad way) experience. Hint: the transcript reveals that the Court initially tells the defendant Stumpy that the charges (offense committed at the airport) are a matter of violating an Ordinance of the airport authority; note - Ordinances of airport authorities are completely separate and different from, for instace, State Laws that are derived from Statutes. Stumpy knows this and very cleverly gets the judge to state and repeat, initially, the charges are a matter of Ordinance. Upon further questioning, it can be seen where the Judge realized their blunder, then in mid-stream, mid sentance, states "er, um, yes, that's right, of course, the offense is a matter of State Law", but then continues to weave back and forth uncertainly under Stumpy's continual request for clarification - well, your honor (sic), is it Ordinance or State Law?" and the judges final answer is basically "er, um, yes, that's right"...... sad but true.
