    I've lost 5.5 lbs already! And the best part? I don't feel deprived or anything. I'm modifying my diet as I go along. One day I eat mostly raw food about 80% (which means a very low calorie intake) and the next day I eat whatever I want.

    I was planning to eat mostly raw, but a few days back I binged and ate a whole crapload of junk like quesadilas and puff pastries. Rather than beat myself about it and restart my diet as I usually do, I just shrugged it off and thought I'd gain a pound or so.

    But I noticed I'm still losing weight.

    I've realized that this is because my metabolism isn't slowing down due to my bingeing. So basically it looks like I'm doing an EOD diet....every other day I eat very low calories (about 500), and the remaining days I eat what I want. Plus I also exercise only every other day....the days I'm eating less calories.

    This weight loss is equivalent to the Master Cleanse diet I was on, with none of the torture.

    I'm so happy. Weight loss is much easier than I thought it was going to be. I feel more confident, I feel my hair is better, my posture is nicer, and the world is smiling! My depression and anxiety also seems to have lifted.

    I only hope this trend continues!
