Our son, who is almost 33 has schizophrenia, or what is now called "schizo-effective" because he has Obsessive-Compulsive and Bi-polar tendencies as well. He takes 3-4 medications (the side effects are horrendous), so he can't really hold a job very long, and most jobs he has had are . He is taking classes at the local college part time. How did you get to be independent enough to live on your own, if I may ask? Email me if you like. I'm watching your blog for your progress.
