Tonight I stared cancer in the face. At first I thought it was just a bad rash but no. I was told it's cancer eating a person from the inside out. I had the range of feelings from extreme sorrow to sheer disgust. Mostly disgust at myself and how we human beings abuse our bodies and also at establishment medicine that feeds meat to women being eaten alive.

I thought about how I let a moment of stress get to me this weekend and created a painful cyst in my breast this weekend. I thought about the ease of running to the doctor for an exam and a mammogram when that's not really the answer. I can get a mammo at my chronological age becase I have a tiny cyst. However, I know deep inside that it is my stress level with respect to my husband, money and everything else. Why do we do these things to ourselves? Anyway, it made me think that I really need to focus on my own health and holistic living so I do not end up a statistic..

I think I'll look up Kris Carr material about her canSER issues.
