Sleep and Vitamins

I got an 83 on my second test. Sleep deprived and all that. Last night I got my goodie box from bodybuilding.com and took a tablespoon of fish oil all the rest. I'll have to edit this post tomorrow on my day off because I want track how my brain performance differs with specific supplements rather than nothing at all. All I know is that fish oil is a godsend and so is vitamin C.

OMG...well this is a nonsensical vacation post because today is my first morning off and I got A LOT of sleep last night. Don't hold it against me people :o)
