my thoughts for today

Yoga has fallen by the wayside. Not because I don't have time. Because my husband's snoring has severely shortened my sleep time and quality. Yoga any time is better than none at all so I'm going back to yoga at night.
I had two tests one good one on vital signs got a 94 and one well...I don't wanna know on personal care skills. Sheesh. I'm a nurse aide and flunked the personal care test. I was exhausted from not getting sleep (thanks husband) and working the weekend. Something will have to be done. He'll have to be reminded that me not having a test on days doesn't mean he can snore down the place. I get cranky when I don't get sleep.
I was able to study all day yesterday because it's lab day. Today is a lab too. It'll be great to get ahead in notetaking.

YMCA- one hour on the elliptical,knee and abs work
home-more cleanup and decluttering
sleep at 9pm
