Thoughts on Snow Days and Sleep

I was looking forward to a snow day. I'm a bit tired. It's that time of the month and also I think I may have awakened once or twice at night. Either way, I'll be taking a lunchtime nap again *LOL* Thank GOD we didn't have clinicals. I've been getting up later and relishing the extra sleep. According to Gary Null, we all sleep too much because of our toxic bodies,etc. but what if some people are just TIRED?

Sometimes I feel very...alone. Sometimes I'm jealous of my husband getting to sleep in early while I have to get up and be met by -2 degree weather as I'm heading to class. Most of the time when I have those feelings, I do catch myself. Sometimes I get angry and negative. 99% of the time it's me and 1% of the time it's actually something legitimate. I'm doing this for the both of us so we can have a better life. I don't know what I'm wishing for though. More support?
