One More Note

the water fast has to become a juice/water fast

I woke up from a three hour nap, well I say woke up, it was extremely difficult to get myself into full consciousness and aware of the world and after that I had an even more difficult time physically getting out of bed. I felt so horrible and weak that I could barely move, I stumbled about for a minute before anything ever became clear. I felt very sick and listless when I finally cleared my head a bit.

So I had to have a little bit of juice, it was some fresh apple juice and only about 8 oz. But I think I may have some every morning, this afternoon was a bit scary and I surely didn't feel any sort of benefit from all of that.

Of course now I feel guilty like I have cheated myself only, but that moment was a bit scary.
