30 day WATER-ONLY-FAST starts tomorrow !!
Today I am starting my 30 day WATER-ONLY-FAST for weight loss and cleansing.I will start my life in Dubai looking good and feeling better :)

I am 28 years young and live in London.
My whole life I have been going back and forth between curvy and overweight. I have dieted several times to get to my goal weight which is 75kg ( I know it's still too much according to statistics but I feel and look great at that weight ) .However every time I reach it, I let myself go again and the weight slowly creeps back up.
My highest ever has been 110 kg, my lowest 75kg .
Last year I started Atkins at 94kg and lost 14kg with this EASILY , It was a perfect way of eating for me until one vacation in May last year where I started eating carbs again and never stopped and here we are again at 99kg :(
As mention in my profile I am moving in 31 days and would like to start fresh and feel and look good when I get to the new destination. My goal for the 30 days would be to reach 85 kg ( -14 ) obviously I will take more if it happens ;)
I will try to also workout a little bit to feel better and occupy my time and also to prevent sagging skin from weight loss.
Tomorrow will be my first official day of water only fast. Today I ate a can of kidney beans, a handful of raw almonds, drank a lot of water and two cups of coffee .
I will weigh myself probably every day and will update this blog daily. I am open to everyone who is here to support each other and is looking for a friend to keep each other going and motivated .
