Saturday morning progress report

Date: 10/8/2005 5:03:45 AM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 2213 times Well I'm marking this day as the end of my period. It started tuesday and ended today. I will see if there's any spotting. The next one should be watched carefully. I want to see how a full month of exercising and working affects my period.
I have also lost weight but no measurement update. It's early in the morning and I can't find my measuring tape. I woke up this morning without an alarm clock at about 5:15. Got out of bed at 5:30 and am reading a bit of news before my cup of tea.
Last night I worked out for an hour and that was it. I didn't eat a lot and so didn't want to stress myself by working out with no reserves.
Today my fiance is coming to visit me. Right in time too because my acne didn't get out of control for this period. I'm using a pond's creme type facial cleanser made by Adrien Arpel and also I didn't a lot of coffee this month. I'm not under a tremendous amount of stress either.
I've not done any spiritual activities of note which concerns me. I have to prioritise my schedule and put God first. If it wasn't for God, I wouldn't at this point in life.
I'll have more to post later but I must get ready for work and finish some housework. Have a blessed weekend everyone.
