If someone can work out the bugs, then it could be a very valuable tool, I believe. So far, less than 50% experienced real improvement according to this survey. I think this number would be higher if the procedure was studied more. We are all different, but the procedure is essentially the same for everyone, with minor variations in the quantities. A lot of us are allergic to citrus fruit but many books call for citrus juice without giving any alternatives. That is frustrating. Also, when one experiences problems during or after the flush there's precious little info on how to resolve it. One has to dig on forums like this (thank God for a forum like this!) to find out more info. 7 year ago |
