Weekends are harder than work days. I was really hungry last night. I reminded myself that if I can just get through Sunday, I will sail through the work-week and break-fast on Saturday. I am starting to reaaaaaallllly look forward to that, planning my first meal of fruit salad topped with yogurt, maybe some sunflower seeds and raisins on top. But today I was down 2 pounds, so that positive feedback will keep me going, hopefully.
