Read your labels ... look for "unrefined" and "cold-pressed" on the labels.
Olive oil is an omega 6, few people have 6 deficiency. Omega 6s can also impede the body using omega 3s properly. Flax seed oil, borage oil, hemp oil are high 3s and better if you have illness. (Be forewarned, if you use hemp oil and work in an environment where random blood testing is done, you can test positive for tch).
