hi again, well i am pleased you are not on any hormonal form of contraception, because that would just complicate your body even more and make things more difficult for you as well as causing bad health risks in the long term. good luck - and maybe try chamomile tea (no milk in it) instead of your normal tea. chamomile is non caffeine and is also very relaxing and calming, as well as being good for soothing the stomach. it is an aquired taste that it may take a few days to get used to, but it is well worth the effort. i love the stuff:) You could also try taking Rescue Remedy by the Bach Flower Remedy people. It should be available from health stores and pharmacies - it is in UK anyway..:) it is completely safe to use in any circumstance, and is especially good to use when you are feeling very anxious or worked up. It is a wonderful herbal remedy and i would not be without it for emergency situations. For example, i gave it to my new born baby when he was just 20minutes old - just a drip or two on his lips - because the birth had been a traumatic one for him as well as me. I have used it for panic attacks, when people have had a car accident, to help calm them down, for animals who are afraid of going to the vet or of fireworks, also when they are in deep deep shock from being run over by cars, or when they have been extremely ill. this is off subject i know lol, but i just want to say how good it is for any situation that involves any kind of anxiety, upset or trauma- and although it is calming it does not knock you out like a synthetic drug would. if anything, it kind of helps you become more aware but without the emotions getting in the way of the situation that you find yourself in, thus helping you to cope better with the situation. anyway, hope all goes well for you, keep us posted:) hugs - Kabel x
