Maybe there is an obstacle to getting better in that, whatever allowed the infestation in the first place needs to be addressed.
I do know that the 'period' of a cleanse is longer than 30 days! And, that my body appreciates the 90-day pause in between. It's as though I need the rest and recouparation.
I, too, have been battling constipation...and I haven't seen much in the bowl, not in two rounds of Humaworm. Tiny amounts (less than one teaspoon) of castor oil for a few days have helped very well.
Yet I have felt wonderful at times, and know for sure I am far better than before.
Every once in a while I discover something extra that helps very much...like eating some brown rice every day or two or three...instead of wheat...or doing a good-salt footbath.
The footbath, two days in a row, banished anxiety, so completely that I have to tell. It was a miracle.
Brown rice, instead of wheat, or potatoes, stopped urinary urgency almost overnight. What a relief!
Though there must be more to learn because there are still parts to this question that give me trouble, the 'urgency' is gone or going. Imagine being able to sleep FOUR hours without having to run to the bathroom! And being able to lie there and consider for a few moments! ...Not to be awakened by a 'stab'!
Watermelon season did me good this year. It was not a time of torment and the worry of torment.
The only thing that COULD have made the difference was the Humaworm.
Then too, there are those moments when I have gathered enough good ideas to begin the next phase, intelligently...and then, wham...self sabotage!
But, not for long. I like feeling better so much more.
Hang in there, my friends. The best is yet to come.
It's amazing how we forget our struggles, in the glow of feeling better.
If you intend to write your story, you had better keep a journal, because really important 'troubles' will vanish from your memory...just evaporate.
We are never as 'stuck' as we think we are.
There is always a way.
