well i started my 3 day Water Fast
today (friday) so i'm eager to get past day 1 already and get to day 2!! i have so much work to do and it's thanksgiving break today so i get to drive home after i pack so it's easy for me not to eat! i woke up this morning to an absolutely terrible feeling and then proceeded to throw up. I know this was because something i ate last night (which could have been many things, as i ate a ton of candy and cookies, etc). soo, obviously i had good timing for a fast. i know i should have helped my body by eating well the last few days, but i ate well during the beginning of the week and 3 days is never hard for me. any advice? i don't drink all that much water because for me i never have the urge to open my mouth at all. i'm going to do several short 3 or 5 day Water Fasts
until christmas, and fast a few days longer over the holiday. I hope i can still get some of the benefits from a longer fast, but i'm not sure if that's possible. I really enjoyed my 10 day juice fast i did last year, as i thought i was getting increased benefits over the last days of the fast. i hope that happens over short fasts too!
