Fantastic audio! What I love most is the humour :-)

It really hit home how important it is to take complete responsibilty for our feelings and creations, instead of holding others responsible for making us feel good or bad.

I particularly liked the way Abraham covered how when we focus on what we don't like in someone, it just activates the negatove vibrations in them. So, that person can only show us that which is most active in OUR vibration.

It's never about OTHER people, it's just about what we are activating in them by how we have focused.

So, the same is true of the opposite. We can practise activating only the good (BOPA) vibrations in others and as part of LOA, we will only attract good experiences with them.
