I read on a stablized oxygen wbsite that the stablized oxygen did remove fluoride. Stablized oxygen is 5% so I would think a 28% solution would in fact do the same.
That info would be good to find. The stabilized oxygen product in unactivated. That means it is still sodium chlorite. I have an extra filter at my sink for fluoride. It only removes up to 0.5 PPM. It would be great to be able to add a drop off Miracle-Mineral-Supplement to my drinking water to remove the fluoride. I wish you could find this info again. I just don't know how it could react with fluoride.
I read that Iodine is the only thing that will displace fluoride in the body. That is also good to know. Fluoride has caused so many problems.
