That sounds like a lot I have only been able to manage a teaspoon and thats been by dividing it into two drinks. I have found that if I put 1/2 teaspoon in with the molasses and lemon I can just about stomach it...thanks Moonie
I didn't have any powdered kelp in the house, so I substituted Barleans Green superfood. There's kelp/chlorella and a host of other greens and various antioxidants in the mix. Seems to be doing the job!
try getting some blank gell caps from the health food store and fill them with the kelp powder,and take as many as you need that way, you don't taste it,it works for. me.
exactly!to beat the taste i would take 100 at a time,and to figure out how many. all one has to do is fill a tablespoon with kelp and then fill the capsules with that to see how many it takes.
