A Liver Flush
can take a lot out of you. It sounds like it would be important for you to rebuild your liver afterwards. In fact, you might want to do some fortifying your liver before you do a flush. Burdock Root is a very gentle herb that provides basic building blocks for the liver. It supports the liver nutritionally and helps the liver to work more efficiently. There are other herbs also. Just be careful if you flush and be sure and stay well-hydrated so you will feel worse immediately after a flush instead of better. That was my experience anyway. That is why I drink plenty of water after the 2:00pm cut-off in Hulda Clark
's protocol. I chase each dose of epson salt solution with an additional glass of water and the drink a glass of water in between the two doses of epsom salt. Stay well-hydrated during the flush!
