Enemas are a wonderful idea. It is a good Bowel Cleanse

Do follow these recipe. Some people overdose the solution and get nasty results. The intestines are really fragile, and they do not have many pain sensors, so if you get pain there it is urgent to address the issue (and the issue is likely to be leaky gut).
The coffee enema
is the one to get started with, because it is safe even if you havethe severe form of candida: with leaky gut.
The vinegar enema reaches higher up then just the colon. Only use ACV (apple cider vinegar) though. People usually see the candida threads in their stool when they use ACV enemas.
Because we tend to be sodium deficient, the sodium (salt) enema really is not a good idea.
Yogourt enema (or Probiotics Enema
) are a great idea for the second half of the enema process. Once you have done enough coffee enemas
and tend to keep the second half instead of getting a second bm, then it is a good idea to implant friendly flora. Remember that the prob. you swallow risk to die due to digestion, with the enema, they arrive alive and will kick candida out.
