I had success with the B-12 (sublingual Methylcobalamin) + B complex, chlorophyll and briar rose from gemmatheraphy - and the Moreless Drink: lemon, Blackstrap Molasses, a pinch of Epsom Salts
, and taking a calcium supplement before bedtime.

I hope you find something right away, not sleeping is in itself so very stressful, it affects your adrenals to stress about falling asleep for hours at a time. And Ambien - personally the comercials alone scare the heck out of me.
