High on Water
Yes, it most certainly can be a symptom of detox. Please hang in there. I have had some pretty serious bouts, I can assure you, (had another smaller one yesterday)!
I went through times when all kinds of repressed memories came through, too. I think one of the most important things to do here is to continue to EAT RIGHT while going through these times - and continue the iodine, and drink the water and take in the supplements - Seasalt
- C - selenium - etc. Don't allow the Depression
to take over to the point of just letting go of all that you know is good and proper for your body. I say this because I am still learning the hard way. I am still detoxing mercury, and some days are still pretty bad, but not near as bad as they were in the beginning. My downfall remains giving in to BAD EATING!
What is it "they" say? Do as I say, not as I do. (IOW, learn from my mistakes!)
Sometimes I wonder if toxins come out in the tears, too. Ya know? Close the windows, though, you don't want to scare the neighbors. This too, shall pass.
After the depressive/crying bouts I've had, I felt better afterwards...but still, this is why we're here...to lend support. Try not "giving" in to the depressions for too long. And don't forget the salt pushes...they do help. I did another two last night just to see if it would help with a swollen leg! They helped!
