So i've recently been slowely going vegetarian.
SLOW IS BEST.
I've cut out meant and dairy for about 3 weeks now,
( have a little bit of cheese every now and then) but other than that i've been pretty good. I'm not sure f what I need advice on is related to this change in diet or not but i'll throw it out there. For the past few days i've been having this really weird pain that strikes through the right side of my body, like right from my foot to my hip to my arm and then shoulder.
MORE CHIROPRACTIC AND CALCIUM BALANCE.
And it's as though i can feel it throu my veins. it's a kind of pressure striking pain and it's so bad at times and uncomfortable that i can;t fall back asleep?? any advice on what it could be?
NOTHING A GOOD CHIROPRACTOR SHOULDN'T BE ABLE TO HELP. OTHERWISE AS OLD TRASH IS REPLACED WITH NEW, YOU CAN FEEL THE WASTE LETTING LOOSE AND MAKING THE BLOOD TOO ACID AS IT SEEKS A PATH OUT OF THE BODY.
