I TOTALLY crave laying in the sun nowadays. Like I must reeeally need the D3, or something that the sun provides!
I used to be a pale skin person, now since iodine, I have transformed into a tanned, sun-chaser. :)
To me it feels like Iodine
either increases the need for D3 or brings about a craving for laying in the sun for some other reason.
Maybe it is a need for calcium, and the sun helps the body to assimilate calcium better?
Do you find yourself wanting foods high in vitamin D?
