Motif is right Laura, garlic is a potent antifungal AND antibacterian, but it wont work on its own. Candida gets immune to a sepcific antifungal after a while so it is imperative to do a rotation.
There are quite a few natural antifungals on the market: pau d'arco, grapefruit seed extract (GSE), oregano oil (o.o.) coconut oil. The idea is to rotate them. Either one in the morning and the other in the afternoon for a week, then switch to two other ones. Or else, the same one morning and afternoon (let`s say garlic) and then rotate for another type after 3 to 4 days.
