Perhaps you could switch to the 'in-betweens' from the full Humaworm formula, if your 'die-off' is too much for you. Check with R.G. about this.
The 'in-betweens' are 1/4 teaspoon each, daily, of sage, thyme, onion, garlic, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves...with food.
The first four are good with some foods, and the last three are good with other foods.
The herbs and spices you find in a supermarket are fine to use for this purpose.
The 'in-between' herbals, at this dosage, are not strong enough to create 'resistant' parasites, nor are they strong enough to kill off all the parasites a person may have...but they will keep the populations down, until it is time for your next round of Humaworm.
I don't know how much of your current round you have to take, before you must wait 90 days before rebeginning. But I do remember R.G. saying to cut back if your reactions, if your parasites' reactions, become too much for you.
I also know that you must have a steady removal of toxins, daily. That's why the emphasis on good bowel functions.
HumaCleanse helps move the bowels, and Hu-Mana-Tea is great for absorbing toxins. Happily, either or both may be taken with Humaworm.
Drink lots of water...sipping all day long is helpful. Movement, physical activity is very good. Laxative foods, like prunes, help, too. Take plain enemas, and mild laxative products, if you need to. Even 'sitting' at regular times of the day is useful.
Also, the skin is the largest organ of the body, and the most important of the four organs of elimination. The lungs, kidneys, and bowels are the other three.
The skin also takes in and BALANCES minerals, in water...through processes too complicated to describe here...even if I could.

in a one percent solution bath, footbath, or handbath.
The right concentration for a bath is achieved by melting 1 kg (2.2 pounds) in an average-sized bathtubful of water. Soak in it for 20 to 30 minutes, keeping every part of you wet with a washcloth.
Begin melting the crystals early, perhaps in a bucket of warm/hot water which you add to the tub when the bits are all melted. The granules or broken pieces of mineral salts melt fairly slowly.
I find this bath is wonderfully calming and restorative.
Two footbaths, as 'salty'-tasting as tears, on consecutive evenings, erased all anxiety, for me...permanently, so far. Depression was a bit slower to vanish, but it seems to have gone, too.
I was amazed at how much anxiety, and depression, I had. I had thought I was 'on top' of both. Smile.
Use any of these methods to help you, Nina, cutting back on your Humaworm as you feel appropriate, and cutting back on foods that are too much for you, at the same time.
You probably will want to slowly return to the full Humaworm dosage in two or three days.
The activity you feel must mean that Humaworm is certainly effective for you, though you don't want to be uncomfortable beyond your endurance, of course.
