My biological dentist did this to my root canal tooth. I asked him to extract it and he said he would just inject ozone. He did it for free and I can say that the occasional throbbing I used to feel in that area is gone. He says the tooth will be fine now. We'll see.

A friend of mine went to a biological dentist that uses ozone on root canal(ed) teeth instead of extracting them.
ABOUT STUPID, THE ROOT CANAL IS A DEAD TOOTH LOADED WITH LEAD, ETC. OZONE MIGHT KILL BACTERIA ONLY WHILE IT IS APPLIED, SO MAKES ZERO SENSE AND MOST DENTIST THAT CLAIM TO BE "BIOLOGICAL" ONLY END UP BEING WORSE QUACKS.

Anyone heard of this? He injects ozone into the gum/tooth area of the dead tooth and supposedly this helps with any infection that's in the area. Preserves the tooth which is a good thing but I'm wondering if it really wipes out (forever) the bacteria in that area.
OZONE LAST ABOUT A MINUTE AND IS A 100% WORTHLESS TREATMENT DESIGNED TO CREATE $$$$ FOR THE DENTIST.

SAVE THEM FROM WHAT? THEY ARE DEAD/DEAD/DEAD...............YOU CAN SEE A LASER DENTIST THAT WILL LASER THE LEAD OUT AND FILL THE DEAD TOOTH WITH MAGNESIUM. THIS WILL SAVE YOUR DEAD TOOTH FOR X AMOUNT OF YEARS, BUT IT IS STILL DEAD. COST $2,000+ PER TOOTH.


and I'm hoping this will be a good alternative to extraction and/or the laser (which saves the tooth shell but takes out the root canal material and cleans up the gum area--cavitations etc.). Anyone have this process done-the ozone treatment? This dentist has been practicing biological dentistry since the 70's so he's been researching the subject for a long time. Thank you for any input.
