I just found this site and have been reading all your post's for about 2 hours now.
Ive had mirena for about a year and a half now and up until a few months ago everything seemed perfectly normal.
After reading what a lot of you have to say, Im realizing now that that im having a lot of the same side effects and I would have never guessd that it was my mirena.
I do have mood swings, get very irritated and stay annoyed for a while and I could never explain why? My marriage is on the rocks right now. My sex drive is about slim-to-none since Ive got the iuc put in, hair loss (latley its been more than usual) I cant lose weight for the life of me! Ive only been able to lose a few pounds but cant lose any more. I have been feeling more tired that usual.
But I do have this one side effect that (I believe) is because of the iuc, but I cant find anybody else that says they have the same.... so Im kinda feelin' alone, I only found ONE person months ago on a website that i stumbled upon. But i get these lumps on my legs (one at a time) that are red and sore to the touch. they last for a few weeks (2-4) and then as they go away the hurt less or not at all (but I can still feel the little lump) and then Ill get a very dark almost black spot where the lump started.

Has anyone else gotten any of these??? I get one and then dont get another for maybe months then another will appear. Right now I have one thats almost gone at the arch of my foot and another that just started on my calf.
Anybody know what this might be???
