I really respect your insight.
I feel so silly asking some of these questions but I am pretty new to all this and really trying to learn from you guys.

I wish I knew which parasite cleanse is the best. I am trying to learn applied kinesiology and I am not to good so far. I will be so happy when I can just test myself and know whats going on with in me.

I know you guys talk about Enemas a lot I wish I knew more about them too.
I bought myself an enema bag from walgreens a few years ago and I have been using it more latly but I worry when filling it with water maybe the water has parasites in it. I also have tried the coffee enema.
I would like to know if you could give me some enema ideas.
On the coffee do you make fresh coffee and use warm or cool? Regular folgers type right?
What else can you put in there? Epsom Salts ,black walnut liquid anything else?

I have never had alot of luck with enemas because I can not seem to hold the water in me for very long just a couple minutes. Is there a trick to this?

I had some colonics done before and they did not seem to do much for me. I was not impressed.

P.S. If I was home and not at work pulling a 37 1/2 hr shift I would of already done an enema today...
Instead I drank some smooth move tea tonight with lemon and honey..
