I have done AM kidney cleanse 4 times.
I have done Humaworm 4 times too.
No way would i do them together. I get quite a lot of symptoms/side-effects from each cleanse and combining them would be horrid.

I would not do them together.

If you check out this healing protocol, you will see that bowel and parasite cleanses can be done together, but that kidney cleanse should be seperate.

Its a good protocol that, worked wonders for me, i have done it 3 times and i'm on my forth round now. There is a reason for the order of the cleanses too....that is: what comes before makes what comes after easier. I did everything back to front and i KNOW the order in that link is correct/easiest.
