Hi all
I'm here back coz I've got one more story to tell you, so as to encourage you to try Miracle-Mineral-Supplement if you hesitate.
Lately I got some really bad cold and my stomach hurt a lot.I went to the restroom many times a day having loose stools.I felt weak and a little ill. I knew there should have been some kind of virus/and or bacteria.
For a couple of days I tried GSE, OLE and oregano and I've been helped only a little.Then I said oh no... i have to take Miracle-Mineral-Supplement again.it's 2 months since I last took Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . So yesterday I took 6 drops at 5 p.m. and another 5 drops at 11 p.m. This condition was cured.An hour later I felt nothing.No more discomfort or flatulence.MMS killed whatever was in there.

So were you still taking Iodine when you became ill.? It looks like you might need to take a maintenance dose of MMS every once in a while. Thanks to Jim Humble and MMS you will be able to stay healthy.

yes JAB, I take 5 drops of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement every morning.But it's long before when I last took selenium also.I take Iodine for the energy it gives me and for the better body temperature regulation effects.

This is a reply to # 1,307,658Amato, Did you ever try Potassium Iodide (or SSKI ) or Lugols with vitamin C added to reduce the Iodine to iodide.
It seems this could be taken in much larger amounts and maybe effective for gastrointestinal disorders whereas Lugols could be too irritating and oxidative in effective doses.
I don't see why you would have to use Miracle-Mineral-Supplement as a preventative, not that you shouldn't if it works, I'm just wondering if KI would be as effective, at the moment it seems to be used as an antifungal medicine where other antifungals fail- Re: An other one story with MMS amato

no I haven't tried either.Do you mean it would be more gentle to the GI tract if I took Lugol's with vit C? If so, how much vit C would have the desired effects?with that reaction is any amount of vit C lost, before it can be absorbed by the intestine?

You may have noticed there is a lot of mention of potassium Iodide on the Iodine forum. It can be taken in much higher amounts that iodine, in gram doses.
I havent got any SSKI so I've been using the lugols. It takes very little ascorbic acid crytals to convert it to Iodide and any extra you add is unaffected.
I've only tried about 20 drops like this so far in addition to the 8 drops without C
I take but I takes probably less than 50mg of vit C powder to convert the 20 drops to iodide. If more is added the C is unaffected. There is no burning sensation even in a 100 ml of water so no irritation it seems. I'm not sure what happens to the Iodide but it could become iodine, Potassium Iodide or maybe sodium iodide inside the body. using SSKI on top of the
lugols dose would be preferable but I can't get it easily in the uk and haven't bought any yet.
I'm trying to find more info on it's effect against pathogens but it appears to have been used successfully against chest infections, staph and fungal infections so it may be comparable to Miracle-Mineral-Supplement only without the irritation and of course the extra benefits of the iodine.
MMS of course is cheaper in effective doses but it's toxicity is a problemAdvertisement
