Hey! I have done so many cleansess and detox programs over the last four years and this was before I ever knew about Dr. Mom or MH and didn't know much about herbs....although many of the products I used were herb based. I just did a colon cleanse using oxy powder but will be back on MH's LBB soon. About six months ago I did Barefoots preclenase kit, along with parasite cleansing and did about five liver flushes. I think that's what kicked my cleansing into high gear was the precleanse kit and flushes. I really am not into the flushing thing though and find herbs work better along with fasting, diet, etc. Im getting ready to start a program called the Fat Flush Plan by Louise Gittlemen. It's great for flushing the lymph system and flushing out cellulite, water weight, etc. My skin looked amazing while I was on that. You pretty much eat a healthier diet on this compared to most! I dont' like about her is that she suggests alot of protein so Im gonna change the plan to fit my needs. After this....in February....im starting a 14 day orange juice fast. This is all for preparing my body for pregnancy! After the cleansing I want ot get on some good supplements like Mr.s Barefoot, herbs, wheat grass juice, wheat germ oil, etc to build my body up for about a month before actually starting to try and conceive. I have done so many cleanses that have helped but nothing works better than a great diet and fasting! Hope this helps! You can google the Fat Flush plan and find good info on it. Probally not something MH or Dr. Mom would suggests doing though. It worked for me though!

To add to what I posted....I've waited three years before considering another baby to give my body a chance to heal and rebuild. I knew I had issues more so after the baby was born due to bad choices. Some were ok choices but some were not so good!

I have read a bit about the black salve & would never venture there unless I was under the supervision of someone w/ some experience with it, especially given the location of the mole and the fact that it's my kid.
