If all you are saying is true, you should have told this person to go pound sand and answer none of his questions. You are under no obligation to answer him.

I think that is what that young man said to the Bart Police Officer on New Years Morning just prior to the police officers turning him over onto his stomach - foot to the back of the neck while the other officer pulled his service revolver and proceeded to shoot and kill the unarmed un-struggling young man.
The real world can be quite shocking when we slam into the mental fantasy of having rights etc. Next time you get pulled over just try giving the officer a hard time and see what happens...
Do you believe FEMA true function is "disaster response"?
Do you believe the FDA protects us from "bad drugs"?
Do you believe the AMA ensures "best medical practice"?
and so forth :). We are the Borg - Resistance is futile - You will be assimilated!

Yes I agree with you as well
- To serve and protect - that is the officer's motto. It should be a position of honor by the people being served and protected. We have become jaded over time by the corruption. Like a Lawyer or an Realtor (which I am)
Someone posted an article on sociopath's gravitation to positions of power -
Like the boss who seems to just love rubbing his employees under his thumb-
Or the police officer who demands servitude from the people who he is supposing to serve and protect. What a great job for a sociopath - a position of power AND free usage of fire arms - IE the POWER of life and death! That is an aphrodisiac to that type...
So to you jerseybug - thank you for your service as a police officer!
An officer of moral fiber.. gets it from both the public as well as from corrupt officers. I reflect the old movie Serbico (or how ever you spell it). It was about a honest detective in NY I believe and based on a true story.
