Many folks will see their urine has Bubbles and or becomes Foamy more than usual
at Different times in their Life and some may wonder WHY?
Is it Good or can it be a Bad sign for the Urine to be Foamy and Bubbly?
It may help to understand this problem better if we could understand some Basics
about Bubble making?
Most Kids know they can take soapy water and use it to make Bubbles by using a
circle of wire or plastic etc and dip this in the soapy water and blow thru it
and make their bubbles !
Now let us consider when we urinate where is the circle and who is blowing thru
our urine to make Bubbles?
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm?
So there must be another reason for bubbles comming from our urine?
If we would pee in a pot and watch the urine when we have this problem of Foam
and or bubbles, we may see that at 1st when we Pee the Bubbles are formed fast ,
then as the pee sits awhile the bubbles stop forming and go away?
What is taking place to cause the bubbles to 1st form then go away?
It is called a chemical reaction, which many times it is the Excess Nitrogen in
the Urine that is reacting with the Magnesium in the Atmosphere to create this
Excess Foaming and Bubbles !
For every unit of Magnesium may be able to react with and Cause the Release of
one unit of Nitrogen into the Atmosphere ! It is called making bubbles with
Magnesium and Nitrogen reacting against each other !
This may be one of the Biggest problems facing many folks that is Causing them
Sickness and Diseases and they do not even know it !
WHY do I say this?
Because Excess Nitrogen may Cause the body to become Short of needed Oxygen as
the Nitrogen may Displace Oxygen, thus causing the bodys Lymphatic Fluids to
become too Acidic !
When the bodys Lymphatic Fluids become too Acidic the Bones in our body are
immersed in these Fluids and may start to Decay and Fall apart because of this
Excess Acid !
WHY do you think so many older folks are able to Break their Bones so much
easier in their Older age?
Too much Excess Nitrogen thru-out ones earlier Life may speed up ones Sickness
and Diseases Greatly !
What is one to do?
WHY do you think I have suggested for folks to learn to take a small pinch of
Epsom Salt in water with each meal ?
Epsom Salt is Magnesium Sulfate, the Magnesium helps the Liver and Kidneys
properly Remove this Excess Nitrogen from our bodys and the Sulfates may help
Regulate the rest of the Nitrogen in our body !
The other suggestion that has helped many folks is learning to "STOP" eating
Proteins 4-6 hours before bedtime !!!!! Learn to eat ones Protein in the middle
of the day to give the body time to properly digest them before going to bed !
This may help Solve the problem of Back aches and Back Pain, also, because when
one has a build up of Uric Acids[(Proteins)(Nitrogen)] in one system this may
Cause Pain and Aches in the Back !
