First off, congrats on your 6th day! As for your question, personally, physical changes tend to appear on my face, my head is usually what others seem to notice first even when at times I believe I look the same, then I'll hear a comment like "your face got thin, you're losing weight, I can tell" something along those lines. But really, I think that's a general question, I think it depends on the person, not everyone's weight loss will manifest in the same location nor will everyone's weight loss will be exactly the same, you may lose fat on your face first, maybe your stomach, thighs, etc...also keep in mind that we may have a different starting weight, height, metabolism, and body shape. Sometimes we may just be too hard on ourselves (you know what they say: we are our own worst critic), it can be difficult to change our perceptions of ourselves. Typically, it seems that the heavier the individual is the trickier it is to notice weight loss (surely this isn't true all the time). Just be patient & observe. Sooner or later, you'll notice the changes. Keep a mirror handy lol. You're doing great so far, don't be discouraged. Hang in there, 6 days is great progress.
