Hi everyone!
I have been a lurker on these boards for about 3-4 years now, at least.
I have managed to do the master cleanse, once.
I quit smoking on December 31st last year. Now after three months of giving myself permission to eat whatever I wanted to (because of the not smoking) my 40 year old figure needs some help!
I am planning on doing a fast until Easter, I am going to start Sunday the 22nd, with about a week of fruits and veggies and unsweetened teas only, then move on to water only, for as long as I can hold out. I would be estatic if I were able to drop 20-25
pounds in the process.
I know about re-feeding, and yes, I am using the fast as a jumping off point to incorporate a healthier diet as a way of life.
Also for detox.
Any advice or tips will be greatly appreciated and I could def. use the moral support, esp. starting on Sunday.
I am 40, female , 5'2" and 71 kilos.
