Quick Answers to Mantonia
The coffee sold commercially for coffee pots has oils and other chemicals. You want "pure" bean as from a health food store. You don't want those potentially toxic substances in your rectum and colon. I buy a special enema coffee from Optimal Health Network here in the State of Wisconsin. I don't know if the cost would be reasonable or not.
One of the differences between colonics
and enemas is volume. colonics
are measured by GALLONS whereas enemas are measured by 2 or 3 quarts.
A rinsing enema with some Sea Salt
or baking soda helps restore the body's natural state when some things like potassium have been washed out.
It isn't "paramount" to do enemas before a Liver Flush
with coffee. My practice is to do two small cleansing enemas (with a bit of peppermint oil) prior to the coffee enema. I take the coffee enema
very slowly and try to retain it for 12 - 15 minutes before expelling.
It just makes sense to me to have the lower rectum and bowel clear before administering the coffee enema.
