If you douche and/or have an epsom salt enema you will absorb much more than if you took it orally and too much magnesium can be harmful. Also, douching while one is bleeding is not good, it could drive the critters further in and do more harm than good
Have you considered a garlic enema instead? I once went to a naturopath who indicated these during my cleanse. And, how about doing (or repeating) a parasite cleanse? If you already did one and the problem persists, try doing a different one.
Sinus problems are often caused by fungus and there's types that have thread-like filaments so if a parasite cleanse has not taken care of your problems maybe you should try an antifungal program and diet.
To be honest with you , I'd never head of a castor oil enema until now so I had to do a search. What I saw is that it's used for cancer patients to remove toxicity but most references were for taking it orally. In a site that gives the recipe it appears to be much more than I myself would like to deal with (read this).
Constipation during a parasite cleanse is a bummer, that happened to me last time I did it and I had to resort to an enema (garlic) but I believe after that my bm's became more spontaneous. It's been a long time since I did that cleanse and I know I need to do another ASAP just in case, last year I traveled to the Dominican Republic and although I always washed the raw vegetables and fruit with water with Lugol's one never knows, and even here I could get parasites anyway. That's why I started coming here again but I'm not sure yet what I'm going to used this time, last time I just ordered a Paragone kit but that took too long, I'm wishing for a shorter length cleanse even if I have to repeat it. And although I'm sure I saw egg casings and other small unedintifyable things I was a little disappointed, didn't feel sure "everything" came out. Not that I really want to see worms, I was actually terrified of that but better out than in, right?
I've been blessed by learning quite a bit thanks to others' experiences and knowledge so I really like "payint it forward" by sharing mine and I think most people here do too. I think I once read somewhere that knowledge is only useful when shared, we all win the more we spread the word, don't you think?
I still think the garlic enema would be a better idea for you, so give it some thought.
I've always been a shower person too with occasional baths for relaxation purposes only but I hate the old tub in our bathroom so I would not soak in it no matter how well I scrubbed it either, so you're in good company. I had not heard about the castor and olive oil baths but I imagine that rubbing them on the skin should work too, the only difference the water is going to make (warm I suppose) is to open the pores but along with the oil the chlorine and other bad things in the water will go in too (I live in FL so I take cold showers most of the year...).
Just yesterday I was reading about Dr. Johanna Budwig's cancer protocol because someone that contacted me through Freecycle told me she'd cured herself from uterine cancer that way, and although I'd heard about it I was curious as to the details. Well, Dr. Budwig's theory revolves around the role of good oils in cell oxygenation and she came up with a mixture of oils especially treated which were rubbed on the skin so I'm guessing the use of castor and olive oils must be for a similar reason. Years ago I'd also read about castor oil packs to draw out toxins and help dissolve tumors and fatty cysts, apparently it's a very detoxifying oil. I only have a small bottle of it which I've never used but if it's still good I'm going to figure out how I can put it to "work".
You made me laugh a little bit, I got your sense of humor. And don't worry, being unwell makes us all a bit strange, at least from time to time, hang around long enough and you'll see plenty of people waaaaay stranger than you, lol!
I've read too many scary parasite stories that I don't even want to repeat here and that's what I'm afraid of, besides seeing them in the toilet would give me major "heebee-jeebees" thinking I actually felt them coming out but thought it was just the "usual" - eeeeek! Maybe I got constipated because I was so apprehensive about "sitting on the throne", lol!
I suppose you're not an Oprah watcher, ever since she had Dr. Oz talk about what poop should look like millions of people don't have to guess anymore!
May I ask what health concerns brought you to curezone? I have a collection of annoying problems but the worst has been insomnia which has caused me to sleep during the day. The insomnia in turn developed in great part due to chronic nasal congestion. I also have Hashimoto's thyroiditis, hypoglicemia and/or insulin resistance, bad hot flashes, numbness in the arms after a few hours of sleeping most nights (is it any wonder I can't sleep???), etc. But I'm now convinced that I owe all those problems no more and no less to Candida and mold (thanks South Florida!).
Take care,
Raquel
