Hi:
I'm new to Miracle-Mineral-Supplement and I'm on day 3 today.I'm up to 2 drops/3 times per day. Haven't had any nausea or vomiting to date which is great so far.I've had 10 headaches in my lifetime and right have an awful headache. Is this due to die-off? How has die-off manifested for some of you so I can have some sort of guage to go by. Please share for me. Thank you.

Glad I asked, didn't realize Miracle-Mineral-Supplement dehydrated. I'm ozonating water as we speak and will surely take that advice.
A headache to me is like dying, I never got them all my life, so I knew this was speacial and/or different.
Appreciate your speedy response. Folks like you make me come here everyday upon awakening.

The headaches could be due to release of toxins in the blood and they should pass

This is a reply to # 1,430,324Already slight dehydration can cause headaches - and yes, Miracle-Mineral-Supplement probably does have this effect as I can tell from my own experience. Additional water intake helped - that had already been observed by Jim Humble.
I could see a number of reasons :
The Miracle-Mineral-Supplement solution and its reaction products (salts) can slightly change the osmotic pressure environment in the intestines. That could lead to withdrawal of water from the body into the intestines and in cases of highly hypotonic solutions even to osmotic diarrheas (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diarrhea). But of course you may already lose water in this way without experiencing a diarrhea. Softening stool is a possible indication.
Further some reaction products of NaClO2 and CLO2 are chloride ions and chloride salts, which I believe are highly hygroscopic (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hygroscopic) and may bind water molecules in one or the other way inside the body.
Then, when pathogens are killed off in the blood and body tissues, this will result in cell debris which the body may try to flush out.
However these are only assumptions, I could not cite any formal study.

I don't think those observations indicate that consumption of chlorine dioxide solutions induce dehydration.
In both of those articles, the high concentrations solutions were avoided by the animals, and no other water source was available to them.
Choosing not to drink causes dehydration, but that is not the same as the solution causing dehydration.
Also, it is interesting to note that a 3 drop dose of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement is about 200 PPM available chlorine dioxide... (1 PPM = 1 mg/L)

This is a reply to # 1,430,485Well Guys, I average almost a half gallon of ozonated water per day. In general, is that enough to avoid dehydration?
Should I drink more than that because I am cleansing or not?
BTW, what are your suggestions (minimal) of water (Ozonated) that should be consumed each day when you're fighting viral infections and Hep C?

I would suspect that your ozonated water is probably contributing its own part to your headaches. To what degree you add ozone to your water may also have an impact.
And how much fluid intake you need daily depends on quite a few factors. If you live at a high elevation in dry air and weigh 240 pounds, you would need far more fluid intake than half a gallon and would probably already be suffering from dehydration without taking anything. If you live at a coast with moderate temperatures year round and high humidity in the air and you weigh 100 pounds, you might be just fine.
Of course there are then personal physical factors.

Do you need more water when cleansing ? Of course !
Remember, you would have to count all fluid intakes including coffee, tea, juices against your general requirement etc..
What I found helping when I suspected dehydration effects was to boost water intake initially by 100% of my normal consumption for one day and to continue with around 25%-50% subsequently . Especially when your usual consumption is at the low limits you should notice an improvement.
Also, I personally would not ozonate ALL of the water that I drink on a day - but others have probably more competent insight to that.

I agree with SilverFox, these experiments say nothing about possible dehydration effects by Miracle-Mineral-Supplement itself.
So these are then only my general observations and their speculative interpretations and conclusions.
Now it would be interesting to hear, if an increase of water intake makes a difference / helps with the headaches.

Day four (4) on Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . No problems on 2 drops / 3X per day.
After ths post I'll go to 3 drops / 3X per day and do that for the next 2 days. Drank plenty water yesterday and for whatever reason the headaches finally disappered. No headaches upon awakening this morning. Question: When I make my Miracle-Mineral-Supplement solution I down it with 1/4 cup of V-8 Juice. Is this allowable? I had to use what I had. I use citric acid for my "activator" and didn't know if drinking a little "real lemonade" (after drinking the citric acid ) would be harmful.
My DMSO has shipped and I'm very excited. I also ordered some Silica, Magnesium Oil & Oil of Oregano from http://www.swansons.com.
I really took the suggestios about ingesting Miracle-Mineral-Supplement slowly to heart. This knee of mine is causing great pain. Just staying in touch since I let ALL my meds go, especially that Kaletra. I just can't be a volunteer to poisoning myself. This the best website on the internet because it exudes such hope.

This is a reply to # 1,430,818Good to hear your headaches are better. Whether or not dehydrated, water very often helps in such cases.
About washing down with V-8 Juice - well I doubted that it would do you any harm. The general advice is not to use drinks with vitamin C additions or lots of natural vitamin C since it quenches the CLO2. But it seems that a lot of other substances in food and juices have a similar effect. So you would need to consider a possibly weakened Miracle-Mineral-Supplement when taking it with juice or washing it down.
However, many people do it this way and use apple juice to cover the taste and end up taking larger and larger doses after a while. You will soon find out that you can take a larger dose without any nauseas and diarrhea when taking it with juices or food present in the stomach compared to with water on an empty stomach. There are indications that the free CLO2 from activated Miracle-Mineral-Supplement is partly or fully reacted by juice or food present in the stomach, but it seems to be unknown whether or not this reduces the effect of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement .
Most likely it does. On the other hand, some believe the original MMS standard protocol is overdosing anyway - so taking it with juices and in between meals may get you just to the right level.

On the rest of the things you intend to take I do not dare to comment. But I would not rush into combining a lot of different "products" from the alternative treatment market. You will never be able to tell what substance or treatment is really the one helping you and which one is more counterproductive. And finally there is nobody who really knows of all the potential cross effects with MMS. Most of these alternative therapies such as MMS lack of in depth clinical studies and there is nothing you should be relying on too much just because it is written in a book or in a forum. It would be best to carefully explore the effects of MMS in your body, get yourself educated about it as much as you can and only then try combinations of other products with MMS, especially when looking at DMSO. It takes some work and a lot of patience, but this is about your health, right?

This is a reply to # 1,430,204This is really very awful. I have also suffer from headache two three times in my life. But now get the actual treatment for all health problems. Acupuncture treatment work rapidly to all health problems and is 100 percent effective always.
