I've read of a couple of people who did daily coffee enemas
for 40 years. I've done them since last December and I think it's a wonderful thing. I do them in the morning and take that time to work on healing. Check out http://www.sawilsons.com/liver.htm.
You should use their organic enema coffee and their bucket. I'm amazed at what comes out - even though I have a couple of good poops before I do it every morning, there's lots more that would have stayed in there. Especially if I've had something like tomatoes or onions the day before, there are little pieces of them still sitting around waiting to be flushed out.
I thought I'd post the document I wrote up on how I do the coffee enema...
How to do a coffee enema
You can get coffee grown just for the enema (much better than ordinary
organic coffee! http://www.sawilsons.com/).
Get an enema bucket from
SAWilsons when you order the coffee - it is much better than a bag,
because it?s easier to clean and you can see the coffee level, and it comes
with a long built-in tube.
What you?ll need:
* pot with lit to cook the coffee
* I use a wooden spoon to stir it
* fine-mesh wire strainer
* bowl for strained coffee
* enema bucket
* a little butter for the enema tube
* a watch to keep track of time
paper towel wet, with soap; and one dry (to wash your hands after the
coffee is in there
* a towel to lie on ? I have one just for this. A light-colored towel
will show any drops from where you pull the tube out, so you can wash
* a pillow for your head
* I have candles lit
* Castile soap (from the health-food store) to wash the enema bucket
Put 3 rounded tablespoons of coffee in a little over 4 cups of
distilled water and bring to a boil. Let it boil 3-5 min., stirring
occasionally; then reduce heat to low, cover, and let simmer for 15-20 min. Let
it cool some, then stir and pour through a fine-mesh wire strainer into
a bowl. Let it finish cooling or heat it back up to 101-103 degrees
(neither hot nor cold to your finger, also going by a thermometer). If
reheating, make sure to get it off the burner and out of the pot as soon
as the temperature gets back close to 100 degrees ? it will keep
getting hotter in the pot.
Making the coffee in a coffee maker with a paper filter gets rid of
some of the good stuff we?re doing the enema for. I put hot water in the
bucket and put the tube in there to warm it up. It?s much more
flexible when warm. When the coffee is about ready, put butter on the tube up
to the clamp (up from the end 16 inches
or so). I lie on a rug, bath
mat, towel and a pillow. Lie close to the toilet ? you may be in a big
hurry to get there.
Put the coffee in the bucket and let some run through the tube, to
prime and warm it. Hang the enema bucket a foot or so above you (no more
than 3 feet, or the coffee will flow too fast). Feed in the tube up to
the clamp while lying on your left side, looking at burning candles and
thinking of how this will heal you and get your liver working. All of
your blood passes through the liver every 3 minutes, and this is
sending enzymes through the hemorrhoidal vein to the liver. Open the clamp
(start with the clamp between your fingers, using the thumb to close it)
and let the coffee flow while counting up to 6. Just let a little bit
in at a time ? it may take up to 15 minutes or so to get all the coffee
in there. If the tube doesn?t want to go in easily, let out a little
coffee to relax the muscles, give them a chance to relax, and then try
again. You may have to push or pull the tube a little bit while the
clamp is open, to get by a tight muscle. You may have to pull the t
ube all the way out and start over, if it?s plugged up (that?s only
happened once to me in 8 months of doing the enemas). If you can only
hold « of the coffee, then do 10 minutes, expel that round and do the 2nd
« of the coffee in another 10- minute session. If you can get all 4
cups of the coffee in there, then stay on your left side for 20 minutes.
This is absolutely my favorite time of the day ? 20 minutes to pray,
meditate, and work on spiritual healing. Sometimes I hear/feel what may
be the liver squirting out bile. I massage my liver area in a
clockwise direction, and massage my abdomen up the left side, across the top,
and down the right side ? along the colon. If you cramp up, pant like a
dog with your abdomen pushing in when you breathe out ? either with
your mouth open, or with it closed and your tongue at the top of your
mouth behind your teeth - until the muscles relax.
