Water is important to our overall health!.
Since our bodies are 60% to 70% water, it’s considered by many to be life’s most essential nutrient. In fact, an individual can last quite a while without food, but only on week without water.
Soft drinks won’t do it. Fruit juices won’t do it. Even milk won’t do it. In fact nothing hydrates your body like water and hydration is one of the keys to good health and fitness.
The world-renowed May Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota suggest dividing your weigh in half and using this number as the ounces
of water you should consume daily.
FACTS ON WATER:

We tend to forget that central heating takes its toll and we lose more water than we realize. It’s tempting to have tea and coffee but they’re diuretic so we end up getting rid of water instead of topping up.
General rule: You should drink half your body weight in ounces
of water every day to provide your body with its MINIMUM water replacement requirements as long as you are reasonably fit. Otherwise start by sipping the water and gradually build up.
The Nobel Prize Recipients have clearly shown us and well documented the results that it is just not water that is the essential element for longevity and good health BUT alkalized enriched mineral water. So if we get the water pH needed and all studies show the VALUE and NEED for water daily, we have a good foundation for nurturing healthy cells and creating a body environment that will have the ability to correct and heal itself.
