Does anyone know why Dr. Clark specifys so much rest before a flush??? If your health isn't real good, could you have heart thing or something??? Also will a person get sick if they do a flush before the other cleanses?? Two summers ago I got liver spots all over my chest and arms, and I have bad anxiety and weak eyes. My eyes look restricted when I am out during the day, I think its from toxins in my body, people look at me like I'm evil or something, but its my health. Has anyone ever heard of pupils that stay restricted and small. Its ruining my life! Thanks ahead of time!!!
