It sounds like an autoimmune disorder such as a histiocytosis in which certain types of immune cells are overactive or overabundant. This would be consistent with having problems with antibiotics, as the immune system is already overactive already.
Autoimmune disorders do not result from an overactive immune system. This is why mainstream medicine has never found a cure. They keep making this false assumption. Autoimmunity is actually a suppression of the immune system through the adrenals. This leads to an overproduction of low affinity (nonspecific) antibodies. These antibodies cannot differentiate between healthy tissue and the antigens they should be targeting. So they inadvertently tag healthy tissues for destruction by the white blood cells. The rest of the immune system is doing its job just as it was designed to do, so the tagged cells are destroyed. This is also why immune suppressants such as stress, stimulants, and steroids make autoimmune conditions worse. If the immune system was overactive then these would make these conditions better. |
any time I take any kind of natural antibiotics by bowells shut down. This includes colloidal silver, any of the Berberine herbs like golden seal or oregon grape root, cat's claw, etc.
Any idea why this might be? The thing is it doesn't take long at all just one or two days of being on any of these herbs in my bowels will stop working.
Yes, these are destroying your flora, which in turn drops serotonin levels. The serontonin produced by the flora help to promote peristalsis of the intestines.
background:
I believe I might have Lyme disease, but have not yet gotten tested (the VA refuses to test me for this disease and instead of paying private doctor for a Lyme disease test I am using the money for herbs and other treatments). I am having many neurological problems including muscle wasting and extreme pain in my knee joints and shoulder joints. The muscle wasting is most prominent in my thighs especially near the knees. EMG tests show poor nerve conduction across my whole body. However, after seeing many different doctors and having many different tests, I still have no diagnosis. I have been tested for ALS, MS, AIDS, myasthenia gravis, and other nuerodegenerative diseases. All of the tests have come back negative.
I have extreme pain in my shoulders which has resulted in extreme weakness in my arms and hands. it would appear something is eating away at my nerves in my extremities, HOWEVER, my spinal column shows no Nuerodegeneration. This is why they have ruled out ALS and MS.
The muscles in my legs are so atrophied I can barely walk.I can barely lift anything that weighs more than four or 5 pounds. This is not really a lot of fun.
First thing to come to mind was a nerve compression. Did they do an MRI to look for misalignment or a spur that couldbe compressing a nerve?
Have you had anything at all ever injected in to the cerebral spinal fluid?
Have you been checked for pernicious anemia or other B12 deficiencies?
Anything abnormal on bood tests, such as elevated white blood cells.
Chronic low grade fever?
Anything make it worse, like stress?
You should still get checked for pernicious anemia and B12 deficiencies. There are actually about a dozen forms of anemia so just checking red blood cell counts and iron levels does not rule out anemia.
