being a guy I have basically two options for ozone insufflation -- rectal or ear.
I am wondering about the rectal insufflation. Does it mostly stay in the bowels? Or does it permeate into the entire body?

Before hyperdermic needles were developed drugs were given rectally due to the extremely high concentration of capillaries near the colon surface, which allows for rapid absorption. Ozone travels through tissues rapidly anyway, but the colon being highly absorbable allows the ozone to get in to the blood even faster.
