I've always wanted to fast, but have never felt really ready before. Now, I feel like my body really needs to fast right now and I feel a real urge to do one. I have a few questions first.
OK, HOPEFULLY YOU HAVE READ WHAT I CALL BOOK I.
I plan to do the OJ fast and probably just go 3 days since its my first one.
NOT A FAST, BUT A 3 DAY CLEANSE.
I get very light headed, dizzy and weak when I don't eat.
LOW pH / ACID.
Will the natural sugars in the juice keep me going?
HARD TO SAY, MOST LIKELY YOU WIL FREAK OUT WITH THE 3 MORNING SALT PURGE....
I also get severe burning in my stomach when I'm hungry,
ULCERS / CORRUPTED STOMACH.
should I drink juice when I feel that pain or let it pass?
I LIKE THE 1 GLASS PER HOUR FOR THE NEW PERSON.
How long does it usually take for a person to not experience hunger on a fast?
AFTER ALL THE FOOD IS OUT AND YOUR STOMACH BEGINS TO HEAL, SOUNDS LIKE YOU NEED A GOOD 21 DAY FAST TO GET STARTED.
I drink lots of distilled water right now...

should I continue that while OJ fasting or do less water and more juice?
EQUAL WATER WITH JUICE FOR THE NEWBIES...OR AS MUCH AS YU DESIRE TO DRINK PAST 1/2 GALLON DAILY.
I am going away on a short mini vacation next Tuesday-Thursday only 2 states away and 2 hours away.
THEN FORGET THIS AND DO YOUR FASTING WHEN YOUR RELAXED, I PREFER JANUARY...
I'm hoping if I do the short fast this week I will be ok to go away next week. My body feels quite clogged from all the things I've been doing and even though they are good things( herbal cleansing, fruit diet, distilled h20) I feel I need to give my body a break and let a fast help me out.
JUST DO A FRUIT FAST, EAT NOTHING BUT FRUITS FOR A MONTH, YOU ILL BE FINE.
